VISIT OF THE BOARD OF  GOVERNORS  IA & CE, TO THE PRESIDENT, COUNCIL FOR THE REGULATION OF ENGINEERING IN NIGERIA ON THE FIRST OF DECEMBER 2010

The Board of Governors IA & CE were received by the President of COREN Engr. Mustapha  Bulama, FNSE at his office at exactly 12.30pm.Introductions were conducted by the Chairman IA & CE Engr(Chief) Giandomenicco  Massari  FNSE, who went on to elaborate on the functions of the IA & CE and the plans he has been formulating to elevate the Institute to greater heights.
The  President, COREN, then took time to intimate the Board of Governors IA & CE on the duties of COREN which essentially covers the registration and regulation of Engineers  Nationwide. He cited examples  of how  the   Institute can contribute meaningfully to the Curricular and Calendar of both COREN and the NSE. He also commended the IA & CE on the quality and consistency of its  E- Newsletter and urged the Board  Of  Governors  IA & CE not to relent in its effort to fully entrench the Institute in the minds of every Professional so it can be seen as one of the most dominant divisions of the NSE.
Naturally, the Chairman IA & CE pledged to take the words of the President,COREN, seriously and ensure the completion of all the laudable initiatives for the future he initially highlighted. The meeting came to end with  gift  items bearing the logo of the Institute presented to the President COREN who in turn presented newsletters drawn up by COREN to the Institute.Pictures were taken and the meeting broke up at 1.30 pm.
